In this seminar, referring to the latest version of ITIL (ITIL V3) you will know in a simple and intuitive way the framework's key features and the benefits that an IT organization can expect from its application, as well as the challenges and difficulties that each implementation entails.

Fabio has 20 years experience in the IT field, is a certified ITIL Expert and ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant. He has lead several projects as ITSM Advisor to implement ITIL best practices in a number of industries mostly operating in the European context. Fabio play also an active role as ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 Trainer in the spreading and understanding of IT best practices.  

His key relevant experiences include:

• ŸLed a broad IT process improvement programme for the Technical and Operation functions of a large IT service provider delivering IT services to the financial ministry and an European based multinational insurance corporation.

• Direct the definition and implementation of the Business and Technical Service Catalogue for the IT department of a European based bank.

•  Supervise a project for the design and implementation of Change, Release and Configuration Management processes for the IT organization of a Fleet management provider using ITIL as reference model

• Led the design and implementation of a Software Asset Management process for the European based companies of a global telecom corporation, using ITIL and ISO/IEC 19770 (Software Asset Management) as reference models.

 Qualifications:

•  Master degree in Organizational Psychology, the University of Milan
• PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate, 2009
• ITIL V3 Expert Certificate, 2008
• ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant Certificate, 2007
• M_o_R (Management of Risk) Foundation Certificate, 2009
• Foundation Certificate in Information Security, 2009
• COBIT 4.1 Foundation Certificate, 2009
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), 2001
• Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), 2001
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), 1998
